For soft comfort and excellent warming, these navy blue, single layer liner is made of 100% cotton twill with a long neck design. These liners feature a Velcro® closure at the neck, elastic gap eliminator, and a reflective strip on the back. Some styles available with Cotton shell, lining and fasteners are flame resistant.
