Constant Flow Full Respirator Hood Systems are designed for easy handling and use. Complete with ambient air pump, supplied air respirator hood, breathing tube, belt 50ft. air hose, and all necessary fittings. Pumps are portable and oil-less, produce no carbon monoxide, oil vapor, or oil mist, and eliminate the need for carbon monoxide monitoring and alarm systems. Fully assembled and complete with filters, fittings and couplers.
Cost effective ambient air pumps protect workers in supplied air environments. Special design supplies clean, breathable air to NIOSH approved respirators. Pumps are portable and oil-less for convenience. Produce no carbon monoxide, oil vapor, or oil mist, thus eliminating the need for carbon monoxide monitoring and alarm systems. Easy to maintain - only 1 moving part. Rotary vane pumps use 4 carbon vanes that last for 5,000 to 15,000 hours of continuous running.
The patented Tech-Rescue™ Cart has been designed to provide air for all of the various respirators and unique rescue tools that are used by technical and rescue teams. Air Systems has designed a unique stainless steel cart with a color designated control panel to allow one side of the panel to be used for primair respirator breathing air and one side for tools / secondary air requirements.
Auto-Air Carts provide fully automatic reserve air for work in hazardous environments. The Auto-Air Cart provides a system approach to breathing air filtration. One unit contains a full Grade-D filtration unit and either a pneumatic or electric reserve air system. Choose a cart size based on the desired amount of reserve air to allow workers to safely egress the work area. The pneumatic versions should be selected in hazardous and potentially explosive environments.
The Auto-Air™ filtration system was developed to provide automatic reserve air in the event of either electrical failure or reduced pressure from the main air source while working in IDLH or hazardous environments. In the event of a pressure or electrical failure, the Auto-Air system automatically switches to the reserve air cylinder(s). Local and optional remote alarms signal the workers that the primary air system has failed and switched to the back-up air system.
These portable Grade-D filtration systems are designed to provide breathing air for a specific number of workers. The system filters inlet air to provide respirator users with Grade-D quality air and monitors for CO and/or Oxygen.
