A 3-ply construction with a layer of MeltBlown polypropylene ultrasonically sandwiched between two FineFiber layers makes this mat virtually indestructible to foot traffic.
Twin-bonded layers of MeltBlown polypropylene create high surface area enabling the mat to suck up liquid quickly - great for overspray areas and indoor spills. A twin-layered random assembly of large-diameter MeltBlown polypropylene fibers creates a high-loft inner layer allowing it to absorb up to 36 ounces per 17"x19" pad and 57.5 gallons per 14' roll. Ultrasonic weld points fuse the layers of MeltBlown polypropylene fibers together - will keep its shape even when fully saturated.
Quick wicking. Loose stacked-weave construction increases surface area on spill. Starts absorbing on contact - saves time in critical situations. These hydrophobic fibers repel water (and float) while only absorbing oils and other hydrocarbons. Outer layers of tough-skinned, heavy weight SpunBond material resist abrasions and tears - can withstand rough handling and won't tear apart when pulled or positioned under equipment.
