The 12" (30 cm) Axial Fan is the latest addition to Air Systems' ventilation product group. Known for product quality and performance, Air Systems offers a rugged portable polyethylene fan line designed to accommodate a variety of applications as well as emanding job site conditions at an economical price. Certified for outdoor use. Applications: Electrical Transformer Repair, Construction / Maintenance, Utility Companies, Shipbuilding, Open Trenching, Manhole Entry, Underground Vaults.

The Saddle Vent takes up only 3 inches in a manhole and functions as an air conduit. An eight inch air hose is attached to both ends of the Saddle Vent and placed in the entry access hole, thus eliminating the need to remove the hose each time entry or egress is required. The saddle Vent’s unique air flow design does not reduce air flow to the worker.

This electric blower features a GFI power cord, a 3/4HP electric motor,115 VAC, 12 amp, 750 low/1570 high cfm free air delivery, an 8” intake and exhaust flange, an aluminum non-sparking blower wheel, a powder coat steel frame and steel safety guards. Its weight is 64 pounds, size is 20”Wx 19”H x 19”D.

This 2-speed electric ventilation kit has a 3/4 HP motor with 115 VAC, 12 amp, 2 -speed TEFC motor, low 1140 rpm, high 1725 rpm, and a built-in GFI on/off power cord. Cfm free air is low 750/ high 1570. with duct it is 490 low/ 1047 high. The kit is supplied with a blower, an industrial style Saddle Vent, 15 ft. duct, 6 ft. duct, a duct canister that holds 50 ft. of duct, a universal mount and a 90 degree elbow. Approximate weight is 64 pounds.

This compact and super quiet unit features a polypropylene, nine blade fan, a steel/powder coated grill and comes with a 5ft. electrical cord or 15 ft. cord with Alligator clips. The bottom enclosure ensures safe and convenient storage of electrical components. Designed to work seperately with canister and ducting.

This versatile system features the 8" COM-PAX-IAL blower with canister and your choice of 15' or 25' ducting. This lightweight unit is designed with the quick-connect clipping system which allows workers to attach the canister, tools-free, to the input side for powerful extraction or output side for ventilation. The 15' or 25' ducting stores conveniently within the canister.

AC Model: Weighing 13% less than our 9513. This blower features a venturi inlet to increase CFM . Designed with tough steel construction, rubber feet, handle and a durable grill. Complete with AC electric motor. Blower sold separately or with quick-connect 15' or 25' ducting canister.

AC Model:This lightweight and compact Com-pax-ial blower can be an all-in-one ventilation system sold with quick-connect 15' or 25' ducting canister which attaches quickly without tools with Cam-lock latches.
DC Model: All the same features of the AC model with CFM rate of 796 Free air. Blower with quick-connect 15' or 25' ducting canister. This attaches quickly without tools with Cam-lock latches. Both Blower and Canister come with handles.

Electric, explosion-proof motor is UL/CSA listed. Single-phase motor includes NEMA rated 115v plug for use with the explosion-proof socket (included). Meets Class I, Divisions I and II, Groups C and D and Class II, Divisions I and II, Groups E,F and G Hazardous Location Requirements.
EXPLOSION PROOF MODELS

Allows safe connection of additional ducting for remote locations, this connector is constructed of galvanized steel with a raised lip to hold ducting in place.

For easy storage and transportation. Coated nylon bag with cylinder shape for tight controlled fit will hold 8", 12", or 16" duct, up to 25'. Features double zipper for ease of access, reinforced carry handle and shoulder strap.

The Saddle Vent® Tank and Manhole Ventilation provides continuous access and sunlight to manholes during ventilation. Unobtrusive vents take up only 3" of space allowing for easy entrance and exit. Manhole Saddle Vent® is 43 ½"L x 14"W x 8" outside diameter. Tank vents measure 27 ¾"L x 13 ¾" W x 8" outside diameter. Universal mount uses the weight of the manhole cover to hold saddle vent in place. 90 degree elbow maintains unrestricted air flow between vent and ducting.

AC Axial Blower
With the highest output available from an 8" axial blower, this compact unit offers light weight and high output from an AC electric motor. It is designed with tough steel construction, a durable grill, convenient carrying handle and rubber feet. Its small profile means easy storage. Certified to CSA STD C22.2 No 113. Air delivery certified CEESI.
DC Axial Blower

This 8" axial blower is an all-in-one ventilation system. The design allows ducting to collapse into a built-in canister for easy storage. Includes blower, built-in storage canister and 15 feet or 25 feet of ducting. Free air output: 1275 cfm.

This blower offers greater flexibility by allowing workers to use high speed in some applications such as purging an area, and the lower speed in other sites such as very dusty environments. The 8" ports allow for positive or negative ventilation and the steel box mounted electric motor and tough polyethylene housing are designed for durability. Comes complete with in-line GFI and steel base for safety.

Ideal for areas where a compressor is readily available, this air-driven model requires 30 CFM at 40 psi. It uses an aluminum fan for explosion-proof requirements and includes a steel base, polyethylene housing, 2-stage filter, regulator, and lubricator. If used in hazardous environments, use statically conductive ducting.

This unit can be used for both delivering fresh air or extracting contaminated air. Tough steel construction with handle and weighing only 27 lbs. makes this blower easy to transport. Add 12" standard ducting for greater flexibility. High RPM motor.
