Because there is a need for a quick extrication device when spinal immobilization is not a priority, the CMC/SKEDCO Drag-N-Lift Harness™ was developed and engineered as a means to rapidly package and extract a patient from a confined space.The device enables the rescuer to provide a fast load-and-go technique that allows the patient to be packaged efficiently and securely for a vertical lift, horizontal carry out or drag extraction.

This portable, lightweight, durable stretcher has 3 web straps to better secure the patient, along with wooden slats for strong, bendable support and maneuverability. Four firmly riveted leather handles make it easy to clean vinyl coated nylon. Slats can be removed and replaced. Measures 78" x 28" open, 58" x 6" closed.

Restraints feature 2" nylon webbing. Approved by the FDA. Regular-clip features loop end which refers to how the straps connect to each other. The speed clip refers to how the restaints connect to a backboard or stretcher.

This fully adjustable litter harness intended for use with a rigid litter features parachute buckles on each of the four legs. This allows them to be adjusted independently, so the litter can be quickly and easily set at the best angle for condition or patient comfort. A heavy duty O-ring is used for the top tie-in point and a 10-ft (3-m) tender line and a nylon storage bag are included. Carabiners not included.

The universal design is compatible with any type and style of rigid litter. Its single wheel design makes it ideal for narrow trails, allowing agility, versatility and ease of movement even in the roughest terrain.
